Classic Vintage Races dedicated to the grand old racing machines of the sixties, seventies and eighties.  These machines are meticulously resorted, the engines are tuned and reliable and the comeptition is hightly reminiscent of the "good old days".

From its humble beginnings on Dollar Lake to the multi-million dollar facility we all enjoy today; the Derby was destined to be the best. It hosts three separate racing venues: ice oval, sno-cross and vintage racing.  Thursday evening features time trials, Friday night features "Friday Night Thunder", Saturday features grueling heats, quarter and semi finals all leading up to the Championship Finals on Sunday. Eagle River's Great Northern Beer Festival

Eagle River's Great Northern Beer Festival will be held on the grounds of teh Hi-Pines Campground.  Microbrews and craft beers from more than 20 breweries along with samples from the Northwood's Lush Inc. 4th of July Parade and Fireworks Celebration

32nd Annual Guides/Kids Day

July 12, 2012

40th Annual Artarama - Riverwalk Art Show and Sale

31st Annual Paul Bunyan Fest

August 15, 2012
10am - 4pm, Downtown Eagle River.  This fun filled family fun event features chain saw carving demonstrations, over 75 arts-n-crafts vendors, live musical entertainment and a Paul Bunyan Roast Cook-off by area businesses.  Come on down and enjoy a Paul Bunyan size luncheon which includes a heap'n help'n of potato salad, corn, a HUGE BEEF sandwich and a cookie.  Food is served starting at 11:00 am - 2pm or until gone.  For more information contact the Eagle River Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center at 800-359-6315

World Championship Vintage Snowmobile Show and "Reunion"
